Rachel will meet you on Zoom 5-7  days after purchase to support your needs based on the answers to a survey Rachel will send you upon purchase. She will guide you through a visual reiki meditation to cleanse, balance, and consolidate your energy.

Meditation can help support you through hard situations, promote general well-being, strengthen your connection to your intuition and creativity, and decrease symptoms of stress and anxiety- among many other benefits. Rachel infuses breathwork, reiki and energy balancing into her meditations to give you a holistic wellness experience.  

You will receive your audio file as well as a report with any energy maintenance strategies and recommendations n 3-5 business days after the live reiki meditation.
