Rachel is a multidisciplinary guide for embodied healing and collective transformation

With a background in Speech-Language Pathology, Rachel’s career began in the world of communication—skills she now amplifies through her work as a Meditation Leader, Reiki Master, & Human Design Coach.

Her love of teaching runs deep, but her classrooms are rarely conventional. Whether she’s leading a Human Design deep dive, curating chaos gardens, creating collage art that tells personal & collective stories, or guiding clients through energetic recalibrations, Rachel blends science, intuition, and radical compassion.

Her work is rooted in a belief that transformation happens both in the soil and in the soul—through nervous system attunement, creative self-expression, and unapologetic alignment with one’s design.

When she’s not facilitating breakthrough moments for others, you’ll find her with dirt on her hands, scissors in her workspace, and a vision for collective healing that’s both grounded and revolutionary.
